Want to commission a painting?
Here's how it works...
Commissioning a painting is a unique and personal way to bring custom artwork into your space. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or need guidance in shaping your idea, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process - from choosing a subject and size, to finalising details Brian will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece that perfectly suits your style and story.
1. Initial Consultation
The journey begins with a conversation to discuss your ideas, preferences, and the overall style of the painting. This is your chance to share inspiration - whether it’s a photograph, a favourite colour palette, or a specific mood you want to capture.
2. Concept Development
After understanding your requirements, Brian will create a detailed concept, including composition, size, and artistic approach. You’ll have the opportunity to review and refine the plan before moving forward.
3. Creation of the Artwork
Once the concept is finalised, the creative process begins. Progress updates will be provided along the way, giving you a glimpse into how your commissioned piece is taking shape. The length of time it takes depends on your timescales and the complexity and size which can be discussed during the initial consultation.
